COIN 5 Has Been Found!

Coin #5 was brought into the office by Matt Schonthaler, who found it hidden at Indian School Park, which runs along the Indian Bend Wash in Scottsdale. The park is located north of Indian School Road on the east side of Hayden. The coin was hidden beneath what looked to be a smiling face and wedged into a place in the bark on a Eucalyptus tree near the shuffleboard and horseshoe courts.

Matt said that after looking around the park for at least eight hours he found the coin by using a metal detector he used to run along the trees. He also related that he had spent an additional six hours looking at Steele Park, and that he was very close to finding Coin #1 at South Mountain on Monday night. Coin #1 was brought in by Bryan Steverson, who was out bright and early Tuesday looking.

There is only one coin left (Coin #2). Who will find it?

Will it be you?

Good luck!

Clue #1 - You might see the trend, though you likely don’t at all, but a lucky dog is loud and will likely hear the call.

Clue #2 - To be politically correct, some would change the name, but this place has been around, and its name remains the same.

Clue #3 - It’s only clue three, so being close would be a hurdle. You might have a little more insight if your family name is Myrtle.

Clue #4 - Though your family name may not be Myrtle the hiding place’s is. Maybe after a little game of horseshoes, we can have a little quiz.

Clue #5 - In case you missed it on Twitter, a bonus clue we did send. We’re thinking some are getting close and coming around the bend.
